    Rude & very horrible to deal with. I was told "I'd don't have time to waste on a telephone call", go call somebody else.
    I called explaining my problem with my concern about my puppy, I didn't want to be a pain in the but & take up precious time if it wasn't needed in clinic.
    Only to be told upon calling...
    I don't have time for your call & call somebody else.!
    If this is the way you treat people calling your clinic for your service I'd hate to see how you treat the animals that come in.
